Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

C In around 2009, the head of the Incheon-gun E, Gangwon-do, was a person who was the chairperson of the Promotion Committee of the Fque H Business. Defendant B followed the above C from around 2009 to around 2010 and followed the E transfer from around 2010, and carried out the above business.
