Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the “Agricultural Company C” corporation in Ansan-si, Dong-si, and is a participant enterprise of a corporate-affiliated project from D, an incorporated foundation, from around August 9, 2018 to an indirect subsidized project owner.
