Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 29, 2011, the Defendant participated in the assembly, which was held by the organization B on September 29, 201, in the south of the Cheong River square in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, on September 29, 201.
After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved from 22:15 to 22:5 minutes of the same day to the private distance in the middle-gu Seoul Central District, and moved about 700 other participants in other assemblies to three lanes in the vicinity of the private distance in the middle-gu Seoul Central District, and two lanes in the vicinity of the Bank of Korea, and "the realization of the anti-value registration fee" was obstructed the traffic of vehicles by demonstration by creating and holding a relief.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On October 28, 2011, the Defendant participated in the “Korea-U.S. FTA concentrating National Competition” held on October 28, 201 at the front of the headquarters of the Industrial Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “C”).
After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved about 2,50 participants in other assemblies to the room of the National Assembly, and occupied the roads surrounding the National Assembly's history, such as the plenary session, the front road of the plenary session of the National Assembly from 14:53 to 15:46 of the same day, which is located in the same Dong from 14:53 to 15:46 of the same day, and obstructed the traffic of the large-scale vehicle.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved approximately 2,50 participants in other assemblies to the room of the National Assembly on the same day from around 15:10 to around 15:44 of the same day, and occupied the roads surrounding the National Assembly's company, such as the plenary session, the front of the plenary session, and the leapway.
In this respect, the defendant holds another assembly.
