A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 2010 by the Seoul Central District Court for obstruction of general traffic, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 1, 2011, the Defendant participated in the assembly participants, such as the members of the Union (hereinafter “C”) in the Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from around 20:25 to around 22:05, at the time of June 1, 201, in the “bandlelight bandlelight banddlelight banddlelight meeting” with the participants in the assembly, including members of the Union (hereinafter “C”).

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On August 12, 2011, the Defendant participated in an assembly at night relating to the anti-value registration fees led by C in front of a small park in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, at around 19:25, at around August 12, 2011.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant left around 30 participants in other assemblies from around 20:45 to 21:35 of the same day, leaving the above assembly site and occupied the road to the front of the National Information Society Agency located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-dong 77, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On August 19, 2011, the Defendant had a general traffic obstruction building front of the building that occurred from around 19:10 on August 19, 201 to 20:55.
