Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2011, the Defendant participated in the pan-national conference for independence, peace, and unification for 66 weeks, which was held by the 8.15 Promotion Team, such as the Korean Film Association, the South Korean National Association of the Korean Democratic Unification, and the Democratic Labor Party, in the solar plane located in Jung-gu, Seoul.

While participating in the above assembly, the Defendant occupied about 3,50 participants in the above assembly from around 11:10 to 12:51 on the same day, and opened 10 lanes on the road in the direction of the distance from the 10th day to the 10th day to the 12:51 on the same day, and presented relief, such as “the abolition of the North Korean policy, the implementation of the Joint Declaration of 6.15.10.4,” and obstructed vehicle traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.

2. On September 29, 2011, the Defendant participated in the “the half-value registration fee-raising candlelight for citizens” held in the south of the Cheong River that is located in Jongno-gu Seoul Westerndong on September 29, 2011.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved about 70 participants in other assemblies to the erogate distance in Seoul Jung-gu from 22:30 to 23:50 on the same day, and opened three lanes from 22:30 to 23:50 on the day, and opened two lanes from 22:30 to 23:50 on the erogate, thereby interfering with the traffic of vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.

3. On November 22, 2011, the Defendant participated in an assembly against the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA, held on November 22, 201, by the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters for the People's Campaign against the Korea-U.S. FTA” in front of the Yuaker Building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

After the completion of the above assembly, from around 21:32 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 2,50 participants in other assemblies from around 2,50 on the same day to about 2,50 on the same day, and occupied four lanes on the road when the two roads go from the distance to the private distance.

Accordingly, the defendant's transportation in collusion with the above participants in the assembly.
