Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 31, 2011, the Defendant participated in the assembly of the Candlelightlight Culture Act, which was held under the supervision of the “B organization” (hereinafter “B”) in front of the branch office in the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “B”), from around 20:00 to around 21:10, at the time of May 31, 201.
After the completion of the above assembly, from 21:33 to 21:45 on the same day, the Defendant driven along with approximately 100 participants in other assemblies with approximately 10 others, from 3rd to 3rd to 2nd, to 1nd to 3rd to 3rd to 4rd to 3rd to 4rd to 4rd to 4rd to 1st to 3rd to 4rd to 4rd to the road.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
2. On June 2, 2011, the Defendant participated in the “B” conference to urge the implementation of the half-value registration fees and the university students to participate in the canlelelight flelelight flelelelight that was held in the front of the branch office in the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from around 20:30 to 22:00.
After the completion of the above assembly, from 22:10 to 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant moved about about 500 participants in other assemblies to the Magmunmun post offices located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jongno-gu, and occupied the eight-lane lanes on the roads, and raised and participated in relief such as realization of anti-confiscing values, etc., thereby hindering the traffic of vehicles.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
3. On June 29, 2011, the Defendant participated in a meeting of the Korean National Assembly of Korea held on June 29, 201 at the Cheong River square in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, under the supervision of “C organization”.
The defendant, while participating in the above assembly, occupies approximately 6,00 other participants in other assemblies from 15:15 to 15:32 of the same day the vehicle passes along the two directions of the road from the front of the Cheong River square to the private distance.
