A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to steals a fry house at the construction site between the line and the rear line of society. 2. Defendant A and Defendant C conspiredd to steals a spawn at the construction site between Company B, and they stolen a spawn at the building site located in Nam-gu H on November 18, 2015, at the building site located in Nam-gu H on November 16:53, 2015, at the building site located in Nam-gu H, Nam-gu, the victim I owned KRW 1,640,00, at the time of loading a spawn vehicle.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. Defendant A

A. A thief: (a) on July 17, 2015, at the construction site of the F Highway E located in Young-gun, Young-gun, Seoul around 2015, the Defendant stolen the head of 34 at a 780,000 won large from the market price of the victim (owner) to the loading of the Gpoter cargo; and (b) around that time, from around November 23, 2015 to around November 23, 2015, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 5,66,000 in total on four occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Table (2).

B. On July 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving of G Poter at approximately 154 km section from the south-gu L to the N cafeteria located in Ansan-si, south-si, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on July 14, 2015, as well as driving of G Poter from the 154km section to the N cafeteria located in Ansan-si.
