Defendant

A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 3, 2009 on December 11, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive and completed the execution of the sentence on January 4, 201.

1. Defendant A and B

A. On December 4, 2013, at around 04:35, the Defendants: (a) arrived at the site of AF New Construction Corporation in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) J M&T cars owned by Defendant B.

The Defendants, by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected, stolen 50 cents (60 cents x 120 cents) in loading the above vehicle in the aggregate of 1 million won in the market price of victim P management.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. At around December 28, 2013, the Defendants entered the R construction site located in Q, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and Defendant B’s J MT II cargo vehicles.

The Defendants, by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance is neglected, stolen 4 million won in loading the above vehicle on a large of 1.4 million won (60 cents x 120 cents x 120 cents x 45 cents x 30 cents x 120 cents x 120 cents x 120 cents) and 70 cents x 120 cents.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. Defendant A

A. On January 12, 2014, at the construction site of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant: (a) loaded 42 vehicles loaded 6,80,000 won in total (60 cents x 120 cents) and 714,000 won in total (6 meters) of the market price of the victim Telecommunication by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; and (b) loaded 42 vehicles loaded 6,80,000 won in total (6 meters).

B. At around 04:00 on January 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken off and arrived at the above J MTⅡ cargo vehicle at the city AH urban development project site; and (b) took advantage of the gaps in surveillance negligence, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s cargo loaded 40,000 won (30% x 120 cent) in loading the vehicle on the part of the victim U.S. Chapter forty (40%).
