Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1401"
1. On November 16, 2015, the Defendants: (a) laid the I Poter Cargo, which was on board the H office operated by the Victim G in Singu, G on November 22:10, 2015, in the vicinity of the H office; (b) returned from the vehicle to the H office behind the H office; and (c) plicked by the H and the victim J in his hand, plucked by plucking up the pluck in a narrow narrow cresh between the outer wall of the K office operated by the H and the victim J; and (d) changed to such gap.

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the above trad vehicle in the amount of KRW 7,473,00 (kg calculation of KRW 4,700 per kg), equivalent to KRW 1,590 g, and KRW 20 million owned by J.
2. Where a person who has acquired an automobile registered by the defendant A intends to transfer again to a third party, he/she shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority under his/her name before transferring;
Nevertheless, in October 2015, the defendant is registered in the name of the company M in the name of the company passenger's service industry from the monthly apartment parking lot in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
