A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from a person with no name (the freight loan hub, the name B, the name “B,” hereinafter referred to as “B”), who made an Internet loan advertisement, purchased a substitute freight vehicle and offered it as a collateral, and used the forged documents necessary for the loan, such as the qualification certificate of a freight forwarder, to use it for the loan.

1. In collusion with B, on November 2017, the Defendant: (a) stated “A”, “C” in the name column of the document form of a trucking transport operator in the name column of document; (b) “D” in the certificate number column; and (c) stated “Special (L),” in the license type column column; and (d) marked the name of the chief executive officer of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, forged the Defendant’s certificate of trucking transport under the name of the chief executive officer of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, which is an official document.

2. In collusion with B, the Defendant modified the driver’s license to the Defendant under the name of the Commissioner of the NA in a manner of stating “one-class class class-1 ordinary” in which the Defendant’s license type was written on the front left part of the Defendant’s driver’s license at the above temporary location.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, altered the driver's license for the defendant under the name of the Commissioner of the NAN who is an official document for the purpose of exercising authority.

3. A forged official document display and modified official document display B applies for a loan in the name of the Defendant to E Co., Ltd., the borrower, at a location no later than the end of October 2017, and submit a copy of the forged truck driver’s license and the modified driver’s license to the Defendant. On November 17, 2017, the Defendant also submitted a copy of the altered truck driver’s license to E Co., Ltd., the borrower, a lending company, around Daejeon (Seoul).
