A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant came to know that he intended to open a lecture and employ an instructor at the F High School located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, Chungcheongnam-do, as part of “a customized after-school operation plan for special education”, the Defendant thought that he would be employed as an instructor of the after-school class in F High School, by driving as if he was qualified as a technician of the self-craft skills.

1. Employment of after-school teachers, 2013;

A. (1) On April 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the Defendant’s head; (b) copied the national technical qualification certificate of the Dog Han-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) copied the official craft technician’s national technical qualification certificate under the name of the president of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea issued to the Defendant’s father; (d) removed H’s photograph attached to the copy; and (e) removed the Defendant’s photograph; (c) recorded “H” in the name column of the above qualification certificate; (d) recorded “I” as the Defendant’s resident registration number on the date of birth; and (e) copied the Defendant’s resident registration number on the date of birth; and (e) written a copy of the above qualification certificate deeming that the Defendant was granted national technical qualification certificate to the Defendant. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant forged the national technical qualification certificate under the name of the president of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, which is an official document; and (e) made it difficult for the Defendant to use of the above official qualification certificate under his name without knowledge.

The defendant shall have forged official documents.
