A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2018, the Defendant altered official documents entered the period of validity of the regular inspection of the Edump trucks owned by the Defendant into the C Office located in the Si/Y-si, and entered “F” in the construction machinery inspection column of construction machinery registration and inspection certificate of the aforementioned dump trucks in the name of the permanent domicile market in the division column, “regular inspection” in the inspection column, “2017-10-20” in the inspection date column, “2018-10-16” in the inspection date column, “2018-16” in the inspection date column, “2018-10-16” in the inspection institution column, and “F” in the name of the person in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering.

2. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant submitted a modified official document to the person in charge of D Co., Ltd., who is unaware of the fact that one copy of the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery, which is an altered official document, was duly formed at the Sung-gun G Corporation Office.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the altered official document.

3. Crimes related to E dump trucks;

A. On October 2017, the Defendant altered official documents entered the period of validity of the regular inspection of the Edump truck as of November 28, 2017 for the purpose of submitting it to H stock company at the C Office located in the Seocho-si, Seocho-si, 2017, into “regular inspection”, “2017-11-16”, “201-16”, “2018-16”, “2018-16” in the term of validity, “a safety management source inspection station” in the inspection agency column, and “I” in the name column of the person in charge, although the regular inspection of the Edump truck was terminated on November 28, 2017 without undergoing a regular inspection.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery in the name of the permanent agency market.

B. On June 2018, the Defendant of an altered official document is above a police officer at a Haman’s place.
