The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the company in North-gu, Northern-si, who has contracted to the E Co., Ltd., and has been awarded a subcontract for the FF Corporation.

1. Alteration of an official document;

A. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant entered the completion date of the inspection of Hump trucks, which are construction machinery used for the foregoing construction, in the office of the foregoing construction site located in the Gyeong-gun G in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) stated in the column of the inspection of a copy of a construction machinery registration certificate for the above dump trucks under the name of the port market as if he had not undergone the inspection; (b) stated in the column of the validity period as “1. 25, 2018”; (c) stated in the inspection period as “1. 26, 2019”; and (d) indicated as “I” and “I” in the column of the inspection agency; and (d) affixed a name-free seal that he/she had in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate of construction machinery in the name of the port market, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering.

B. On April 6, 2018, at the above construction site office, the Defendant entered the completion date of the inspection by J concrete pumps, which are the construction machinery used for the above construction site office. The purpose of exercising was to write down a copy of the registration certificate of construction machinery for the above concrete pumps under the name of the Suwon Market as if the Defendant had not undergone the inspection, on the inspection date of the copy of the registration certificate of construction machinery for the above concrete pumps under the name of the Suwon Market, and on April 11, 2019 in the term of validity, “the date of April 11, 2019”, and “K” in the “inspection site office” and “the person in charge”, and put a name-free seal prior to the inspection date.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate of construction machinery in the name of the original market, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant shall, around July 2018, engage in the alteration of official document by facsimile to a person in charge D who is aware of the circumstances in two copies of the registration inspection certificate of construction machinery, which is an altered official document, at each same place as described in paragraph 1, and as described in paragraph 1.
