Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2014, the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”), the Korean Agriculture Association Federation, the Korean Women’s Association Federation, the Korean Women’s Association, the Korean Women’s Association, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union Committee”) planned the national general strike on February 25, 2014, which is one year of the presidential appointment of C President, and decided to hold a candlelight meeting from around 19:00 to around 16:00 of the same day.

On February 25, 2014, around 16:25, 200, approximately 13,00 members (one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one hundred-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one hundred-one hundred-one-one hundred-one hundred-one of the members) participate in the national strike at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and the conference was completed at around 17:40.

As above, the Defendant took part in the national strike from around 17:40 on the same day to around 2,00 participants in other assemblies from around 17:40 on the same day, and proceed with the “Seoul Square Square Squari-distance Squari-distance Squari” page.

From 18:00 to 18:30 on the same day, the same day, together with the above 2,00 persons, occupied the two lanes prior to the two directions of the luminous distance.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly to occupy the road, thereby obstructing the passage of the vehicle, such as making it impossible to pass the vehicle.
