Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the above defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won per day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2014, the former Integrated Progressive Party, the power of citizens, the National Democratic Trade Union Federation of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union”), the National Association of Farmers and Fishermen, the National Association of Women and Fishermen, the National Association of Residents, and the National Association of Residents and Residents, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “National Party”) planned the national general strike on February 25, 2014, which is one year of the appointment of the D President, and decided to hold a candlelight meeting from around 16:00 to around 16:00 on the same day.

On February 25, 2014, around 16:25, 200, approximately 13,00 members (one thousand-one thousand-one hundred-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one thousand-one hundred-one thousand-one hundred-one-one hundred-one-one hundred-one per party) of the Seoul forum located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, holding a national strike, and the meeting was completed at around 17:40 after the assembly was held in the order of the practice strike of the war, such as the speech, cultural performance, or symbol of the speech.

On the other hand, at around 18:03 on the same day, approximately 2,00 participants of the assembly were occupying the front roadway of the building of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-ro 16, and approximately 2,300 participants of other assemblies occupy the front roadway of the building of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. At around 18:08 on the same day, around 18:08, approximately 2,30 participants of other assemblies occupied the front roadways of the Ma-dong 85, Jung-gu, Seoul.

As above, the Defendant participated in the national strike and 2,300 participants of other assemblies from around 18:08 to 18:12 on the same day, and occupied the front roadway from 85, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, to 10 Garo 1.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with about 2,300 participants in the assembly and interfered with transportation by land for about 30 minutes.
