Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2014, the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”), the Korean Agriculture Association Federation, the Korean Women’s Association Federation, the Korean Women’s Association, the Korean People’s Association, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union Committee”) plans the national strike on February 25, 2014, which is one year of the presidential appointment of C President, and plans for the national strike on February 25, 2014, which is from 16:00 to 16:00 of the same day, will not be able to be able to 2.25 national strikes (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union Resolution Committee”).

On the other hand, at around 18:03 on the same day, approximately 2,00 participants of the assembly were occupying the front roadway of the building of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu and about 16, and approximately 2,300 participants of other assemblies were occupying the front roadway of the building of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. At around 18:15 on the same day, around 18:15 on the same day, approximately 2,30 participants of other assemblies occupied the front roadways of the Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, together with approximately 2,30 participants in other assemblies, occupied the front roadway from around 18:15 to 18:45 on the same day to the front roadway of the ebbbal demonstration.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
