Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2014, the National Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter “National Labor Union Federation”), the National Agriculture Association, the National Women’s Agriculture Association, the National Women’s Agriculture Association, the National Association of People’s Agriculture, the National Association, etc. (hereinafter “National Labor Union Committee”) planned the National General Labor Union on February 25, 2014, which is one year of the presidential appointment of B President, and from around 16:00 on the same day, it was decided to hold a candlelight assembly from around 19:00 on the same day.

As a result, on February 25, 2014, around 16:25, the Korean Commission terminated the meeting in the order of 17:40 after holding the national strike in which approximately 13,00 members, etc. of the labor union in Seoul and Jung-gu, Seoul, in which approximately 13,00 members, etc. of the labor union, etc. participate, while holding the national strike, the meeting was held in the order of 17:40.

As above, the Defendant participated in the national strike, and followed up to 18:00 participants of other assemblies from around 18:00 to 18:45 of the same day, while occupying 8 former roadways from 85, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu to 18:45, the Defendant occupied 8 former roadways.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
