Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2015, at around 01:30, Defendant A, under the influence of alcohol in front of the “Dju shop” located in Busan East-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (a) obstructed in front of the E District Assistant F and the 112 patrol vehicle boarding a slope G; and (b) carried the flag with Defendant A, saying, “I am in front of the low-light taxi. I am see. I see. I am. I.).”

Accordingly, the slopeF and the slope G lowered from the patrol vehicle and repeatedly speaked to the Defendant “out the road and the liquor tax,” the Defendant was faced with the face of the slope F in drinking, and the Defendant was sloping from the slope G, and the Defendant was sicked with the sloping G’s chest and clothes, sealed the sloping F’s arms.

Assistant F and Assistant G arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender of the obstruction of performance of official duties, intending to board the back seat of the patrol vehicle, and the Defendant received face of H due to his head.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers dealing with 112 reported cases.

2. Accordingly, the defendant is a police officer.
