A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:09 on February 15, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right arms one stop on the ground that the victim D (28 years of age) who is an employee of the said business place, was under the influence of alcohol around Cjus in the Mapo-si B building and was said to the customers.

2. The Defendant committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer, such as a slope F, a police officer belonging to the Military Police Station E District Unit, who was called out after having received 112 reports at the same time and place as paragraph (1) of this Article, and a police officer assigned to G, who was able to ask him for the instant security guards. The Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the duties of handling 112 reports by assaulting him.

3. Damage to public goods and obstruction of performance of official duties;

가. 공용물건손상 피고인은 2014. 2. 15. 02:20경 군포시 산본로324번길 16 군포경찰서 형사과 내에서, “경찰관이라고 좆나 우쭐대네 씨발놈아, 뭐 벌금 가지고 지랄하고 있어 씨발놈아”라는 등 욕설을 하며 벽을 발로 차고 소리를 지르던 중 피의자 대기석 옆에 설치되어 있는 시가 미상의 히터 닥트 보온재를 손으로 잡아 뜯어내어 공무소인 군포경찰서에서 사용하는 공용물건을 손상하였다.

B.
