A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant purchased coo vehicle to C registered under B’s name, but the registration number plate of the front vehicle was attached to the foregoing vehicle for military viewing due to delinquency in payment of various local taxes, etc., he had the intention to drive the vehicle by forging the registration number plate of the vehicle and attaching it thereto.

On September 20, 2015, around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) made an Acrypt (33cmx13cm) purchased in advance at the Defendant’s residence at 406, 907, Masan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) forged the registration number plate of the foregoing vehicle, which is an air defense, by making a letter “C” and attaching it on the test color tape; and (c) attaching it to the above Acrypt.

2. The Defendant, at around 15:30, operated a 406-dong Do Apartment-si, Simsan-si, Simsan-si, by attaching the registration number plate of the cub vehicle to C, a 2 km section of the 134-1 at the center of Gun, from the 15:30-si, Simsan-si to the front side of the 134-1 Gunsan-si sports, as described in the above paragraph (1).

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence is to recognize and reflect all of the crimes, to have no record of the same punishment, and to have a vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of using the vehicle in arrears for other crimes.
