A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) was placed in custody due to the failure to pay taxes to the Defendant’s front registration number plate (C) of the vehicle owned by the Defendant; (b) the Defendant, at the seat of the signboard run by the Defendant’s branch located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and was unable to operate the vehicle; (c) the Defendant arbitrarily manufactured one registration number plate using the Acryle board to operate it in the same shape and number as the original registration number plate; and (c) attached it to the vehicle owned by the Defendant; and (d) operated one car grouped in the Gyeongnam-gun by no later than April 29, 2016.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a registration number plate, such as Paragraph 2, forged a registration number plate, exercised forged air defense, and used a registration number plate unlawfully as Paragraph 2.

2. A person who violates the Automobile Management Act has forged, altered, or unlawfully used a registration number plate, or has purchased, sold, assisted, received, or used forged or altered registration number plates, as stated in paragraph 1, the Defendant, as well as the Defendant, forged a registration number plate, forged a registration number plate, used a forged registration number plate, and exercised a forged air defense simultaneously.
