Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who establishes, operates, and manages a mid-term meter (VloP Gway, a device that changes the phone number and relays the call among many mobile phones, so-called 'Simbox') to convert the phone number from the Internet phone number, such as “D,” to the phone number that begins in the Republic of Korea, when the organization of Bophishing fraud was called from a person who uses the SNSer B’s ID, and the organization of Bophishing fraud to commit a crime.
1. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications;
