1. Violation of the Telecommunications Business Act;

(a) No person who is prohibited from making a false indication of a telephone number shall make a false indication, such as changing the phone number of a caller, while making a phone call (including text messages) for the purpose of making property profits by deceiving other persons or of harming them by verbal abuse, intimidation, sexual harassment, etc.;
