A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The telephone financial fraud officers in China, etc. indicated international telephone numbers or fronts as “070,” but when the phone numbers are indicated as the domestic mobile phone numbers that begin to be “010,” the recipients would have a high probability of success in the criminal act of singing out the phone numbers in Korea using the fact that the recipients would receive the phone without a large doubt and have a high probability of success in the criminal act of sing outing out the phone numbers in Korea (the communications equipment that connects several domestic core numbers to automatically convert Chinese numbers to domestic numbers), and intended to commit a singing crime by converting the phone numbers from the above core to the domestic mobile phone numbers.
