A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

500,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant dealt with Malaysia nationality foreigners and psychotropic drugs, notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, as follows:

On December 2, 2018, the Defendant, at Malaysia, agreed to import narcotic smuggling (one name “B” or “C”; hereinafter “B”) and Malaysia from Malaysia to Korea along with D, E, F, G, etc. In order to direct other underponononononopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (B) to instruct other underponopopopopopopopic winners to enter Korea and deliver conopopopopopopopicopopopopicopopopopics to D, according to the direction of “B”, the Defendant, E, F, and G enter Korea and then enter Korea and then, according to the direction of “B,” and conspired to take charge of delivery of oponopopopopopicopopopicopopopopicopopopicopopopicopopicopopopics to other persons.

In addition, the Defendant and E, in accordance with the direction of “B”, concealed approximately 2.5 km-phones in each of their own legs in the hotel guest rooms by dividing up to 10 vinyls into 10,000. On December 12, 2018, the Defendant and E were to board the H aircraft at the international port of Macro Stack-gu (on-site hours), Macro Stack-gu International Airport International Airport Port at 01:30 on the same day, and were to enter the Republic of Korea through the Busan, Gangseo-gu International Airport International Passenger Terminal at 108,00 Busan, Busan, the Defendant and E were to board the aircraft at around 01:30 on December 12, 2018.

In addition, “B” is a Malaysia (on-site hours) around December 12, 2018.
