A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

Among each penphone (Evidence Nos. 1 through 12) seized, it is remaining after being used for appraisal.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant dealt with Malaysia nationality foreigners and psychotropic drugs, notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, as follows:

On December 2018, the Defendant agreed to import Malaysia from Malaysia to Korea with an employee in charge of the sales of narcotics in the name of the Defendant (one-name “B” hereinafter). The “B” intended to have another person with the name of the Defendant enter Korea and instruct another person with the name of the latter to deliver a penphone to another person with the latter, according to the direction of “B,” and the Defendant conspired to take charge of the role of having the latter carry a penphone and enter Korea and deliver a penphone to the latter.

Accordingly, on January 16, 2019, “B” sent to the hotel guest room in which it is difficult to know the trade name croudio of Malaysia at the night (on-site hours) and sent to the hotel room in which it is impossible to find out, and then sent about approximately 2,99g of crophones ( approximately 149,950,00 won at the market price) sealed the Defendant’s ship, etc., and stored the Korean driver on each bridge in the roof.

In addition, according to the direction of “B”, the Defendant concealed philophonephones from the hotel guest room as the roof, and was on January 17, 2019 at the time of 01:00 (local hours) Malaysia's international air route, and entered Korea via the 1 International Passenger Terminal of Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport (272) at the time of 08:01 of the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported Malaysia from Malaysia to Korea in collusion with the above “B” and the name defective persons.
