Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, each of the foreigners of the nationality of Malaysia, even though they are not the authorized person handling narcotics, dealt with the psychotropic drugs, as follows:

On January 2019, the Defendants of “2019 Man-Ma49” (the Defendants) agreed to import the Malaysia from Malaysia to the Republic of Korea, along with a man in charge of the sales of narcotics with his/her name in early Malaysia (the name “D”). “D” intended to have another person in charge of false name enter the Republic of Korea after concealing his/her body, and instruct another person in charge of ordering another person in charge of his/her name to deliver his/her penphone to another person in charge of his/her name. The Defendants conspired to possess a phiphone and enter the Republic of Korea in accordance with the direction of “D” and to take charge of the delivery of phiphones.

Accordingly, on January 13, 2019, "D" sent to the guest room of "E" hotel of Malaysia, Malaysia, which is located in Cuba Studio, with his nameless male, and divided into 12 plastic bags and divided into about 2,978.1g of plasticphone ( approximately KRW 148,905,000 at market price) on the two bridges of the Defendants, and led them to get the Korean pedal aircraft by hiding four on each bridge of the Defendants.

In addition, although the Defendants stated “D” in the indictment, they appear to be written in writing in D in light of the written indictment, and even if modified, there is no concern that the Defendants’ exercise of their right to defense may not be any substantial disadvantage and thus, they shall be corrected ex officio.

In accordance with the instructions of the hotel, after concealing the philopon into the roof of each person's bridge at the hotel guest room as above, on January 14, 2019, when boarding the G aircraft at the international port of Malaysia 02:50 (on-site hours) Malaysia Macrombrom International Airport on January 14, 2019, and entering the Republic of Korea via the G International Passenger Terminal of Gangseo-gu, Busan International Airport at 108,50 on the same day.
