A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

480,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Upon receipt of a request from the Defendant, who is a part of the society, to request the Megatoo (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as a "philotogram") to seek psychotropic drugs, the Defendant received KRW 80,000 from D to H located in the e-mail located in the e-mail located in the Y5-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and moved KRW 50,000 from I (52) to H located in the e-mail, and then arranged for the purchase and sale of the flotogram from D to H located in the e-mail-gu, Jinhae-gu, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.05 g of the flotogram, which is 52 years of age.

The Defendant received D’s request for scopon from D and received KRW 300,00 from D as the purchase price for scopon in the Defendant’s car parked in the place indicated in paragraph 1 on May 14, 2008, and moved from D to K located in J in J in J in J in J J in J J as well, and purchased one for scoponon on 300,000 won for scopon from I and arranged D to trade scopon scopon.

4. Around June 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the Jinhae-gu O apartment parking lot in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) was administered as soon as possible by melting philophones into his arms, and then administered them in a way of injecting blood transfusions into his arms.
