Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 565] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 14:00 on February 9, 2013, the Defendant received and delivered 0.85 g of psychotropic drugs from F in the Glater’s car, which was parked in the street in front of the Epic hall located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, Epick-si.

2. On February 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03g of philophones, among phiphones received at a time and place similar to paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine; (b) added them into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected them in a way that the Defendant’s left part part of the blue blusium is injected.

3. On February 11, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on February 11, 2013, 0.03, administered 0.03g of phiphonephones, which were received in the Defendant’s residence located in Seosan-si H, as set forth in paragraph (1), by inserting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution into the Defendant’s left part of elbows, and in a way of injecting them into the bloodline inside the Defendant’s left part of elbows.

4. Around February 13, 2013, the Defendant possessed 0.79g of philophones in the two parts of the two parts in the dwelling room of the above Defendant at around 14:35, in a way that the Defendant carried the philophones in a way that he puts the philophones into a paper.

[2014 Highest 31] Defendant, I, and J are not managers of narcotics.

1. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant, I, and J: (a) requested the J to seek psychotropic drugs-related penphones by telephone; and (b) requested the I to seek phiphones again; and (c) requested the J to request the I to seek phiphones.

On the 15th day of the same month, I opened up about 0.6 g of oponon to J within the Lelher 402 room located in K on the 15th day of the same month, and J up to 15:00 on the 15th day of the same day, in the Defendant’s Mura car car parked at the Gyeongcheon-gun, Yancheon-gun, the 0.6 g of the above oponon to the Defendant and KRW 1 million received from the Defendant at the 402 room of the above Lelher 402 room around the same day.
