A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from D to request D to seek psychotropic drugs-related Mespacters (hereinafter “Handphones”); (b) purchased KRW 500,000 from G at “F restaurant” located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, with the request to seek Mespopon from G; and (c) purchased KRW 500,000 from G to the above Mespopon on the road in which the Defendant was operated by Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, at around 20:0 on September 30, 2012; and (d) purchased from G the above Mespopon in collusion with the above Mespopon to the Defendant’s vehicle parked in front of Kimcheon-si located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, at around 06:00 on September 30, 2012.
2. On October 25, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 and KRW 700,000 from D and J as the purchase price for phiphones, and requested G to seek phiphones at around 21:07 on the same day, and transferred a sum of KRW 1,00,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of K used by G, and around 26:00 on the 26:00 of the same month, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.05 g of phiphones from G in front of the office operated by the Defendant at Kimcheon-si, and purchased approximately 0.35 g of phiphones from J and J in collusion with G.
3. At around 02:00 on October 26, 2012, the Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, put the non-explosion of the philopon purchased from the Maurine guest room in Kimcheon-si L, as described in paragraph 2, into a disposable injection machine for use, dilution with the bio-exploitation, and administered D in such a way as to have D injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
4. On December 17, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,000 from D with a request to request scopon from D, and then received scopon price in front of “Ocopon” located on the road located on the Gu and Sin Sin on the same day at around 02:00 on the same day.
