Imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes listed in the judgment of the defendant 1 and 2, and for each of the crimes listed in the judgment of the defendant 3 through 6.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution at the Changwon District Court on January 13, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 21, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On December 23, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them into the psychotropic drugs, and injected them into the sM5 car, which was stopped on the road located in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si; and (c) administered them by means of inserting them into the sM5 car.

B. On December 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was stopped on the Hannam-Eup fishery Ri road at the time of smuggling around 22:00; (b) within the said SM5 car stopped.

In the same manner, 0.1g of philophones have been administered.

C. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was stopped on the road located in Jin-gu, Jin-si at the time of Kimhae-si at around 22:00; (b) within the said SM5 car.

In the same manner, 0.1g of philophones have been administered.

On January 31, 2013, the Defendant stops at the road located in the fishing village at the time of Kim Jong-dong at around 21:00, within the said SM5 car.

In the same manner, 0.1g of philophones have been administered.

E. On February 18, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant inserted 0.05g oponon into a one-time folder toilet located D, Kimhae-si, for a single-use, and dilution with aquatic water, and administered it in a way of injecting it into the left part of the bloodline.

F. On March 6, 2013, around 16:20, the Defendant inserted 0.05g of oponon into a single-use injection toilet located in Jambagu, Jingu, Changwon-si, for a single-use use, and dilution with aquatic products, and administered them in a way of injecting into the left part of blood.

2. On May 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a vinyl paper containing approximately 6.96g of opononon on the back of the IMO located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) found it; (c) administered approximately 73 times using a disposable injection device; (d) around February 17:10, 2013, the Defendant was parked in front of the K cafeteria located in the Busan East-gu, Busan Metropolitan CityJ.
