A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. From April 2012 to May 2012, the Defendant paid 200,000 won to Defendant’s driver’s license in the square in front of the Masan-si, a synthetic Dong of Changwon-si, and purchased approximately 3 g of approximately psychotropic drugs from C, a psychotropic drug, by taking up approximately 3 g of psychotropic drugs.
2. On June 15, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 to Defendant’s driver’s license in front of the Busan Dong-dong located in Busan Dong-dong, and purchased approximately 3g of phiphonephones from C.
3. On September 19, 2012, around 15:47, the Defendant received KRW 1,00,000 from E-high school (E-high school) adjacent to D, and sold approximately KRW 1,00,000,000 to F, out of the penphone purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.
4. At around 18:30 on January 22, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from 10,000,000,000,000,000 in the Franchis car parked in Goi-gun, Goi-gun (IC) and sold approximately 0.6g, out of the penphones purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.
5. At around 17:30 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 1,00,000 from H main points located G in J and sold approximately 0.246g of philophones purchased as described in the foregoing 2.
6. Around 13:00 on February 19, 2013, the Defendant, within the motor vehicle behind J Hospital located in Jinju City, parked in the parking lot of the Defendant’s driver, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2., injected once in a one-time popon for use, into a single-time popon for use, and dilution with water, and then injected into the arms.
7. On March 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed in a single-use injection machine among phiphonephones purchased as described in the foregoing 2., which was parked at a parking lot for a Sacheon Stacheon-si located in Sacheon-si on March 1, 2013; and (b) dilution with water in a single-use injection machine.
