A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Nos. 1 through 7, 9 through 9, which have been seized by the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office No. 2016 No. 1494.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Jeonju District Court for the charge of forging official documents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2016.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant conspired with C and D (pre-determined to separate sentence) to forge another person’s resident registration certificate, and opened a passbook using it, and conspired to sell the cell phone and core chips to another person by opening another person’s mobile phone in the name of another person from a mobile phone sales store.
1. On November 2014, the Defendant, C, and D sent the forged public document to the Defendant, C, and C, and D’s personal information purchased from the Chinese people in the name-free resident registration certificate in the Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant requested the forgery of the resident registration certificate by Internet e-mail (E-MAI). At that time, the Defendant, C, and C, and D forged one of the resident registration certificates in the name-free resident registration certificate under C, D’s certification pictures and the name-free Chinese people’s name in the Internet e-mail. At that time, “H”, “H” in the resident registration number column, “Y”, “Y” in the Jeju-do Goyang-si, “Yyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do,” the publishing column, “F, May 15, 2007,” and “Seoul-do Goyang-do,” respectively, and forged one copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the Goyang market.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, forged 12 resident registration certificates of official document for the purpose of uttering.
2. In collusion with C and D on December 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a new cooperative account at the Gyeyang-gu Gyeyang-gu Co., Ltd. 62, Goyang-gu guidance; (b) presented and used the forged public document as if the resident registration certificate for G, a forged public document was issued genuinely; and (c) then forged on seven occasions in total, as shown in the attached Table 2, from around that time to December 10, 2014, by means of the same method.
