A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

One resident registration certificate seized (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant accepted the loan of KRW 30 million on the face of a share with a loan of land from one owner D by taking the land as security.

1. On April 3, 2013, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) heard that the Defendant would create a resident registration certificate from D in front of the paddy-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, in front of the 10th century; and (b) held D the Defendant’s resident registration certificate to D.

D) The defendant's name, resident registration number, and address entered in the defendant's resident registration certificate are deleted in a way that does not identify the defendant's name, resident registration number, and address, and then the defendant was born to him.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged a resident registration certificate for E in the name of the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an official document for the purpose of uttering.

2. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant, at around 17:30, filed an application for a loan at the office of G judicial scrivener office of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, FF building 413, and exercised the forged official document by presenting the forged resident registration certificate to H lending I as if it was issued genuinely.

3. When the Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 7750,000,000,000 to JJ 424.6 square meters in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul and its ground buildings and 111.7 square meters in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for a loan of KRW 7750,000,000,000 as collateral at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), the Defendant entered the “E” in the column of the claim amount of the mortgage-backed security agreement prepared by I using I in lud Cod professional document with an ludial pen, and then laid the “E” in advance on the name of the person who set up the mortgage.

E’s seal has been affixed.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the mortgage creation contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

4. The Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud, presented the forged resident registration certificate at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 2, as mentioned above.
