Reasons
1. The reasons to be explained by the court in this judgment are as follows, and the reasoning of the judgment in the first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment, except where the plaintiff added an additional determination of the argument emphasized in the trial, thereby citing it in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Additional determination
A. On September 19, 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that G received the instant loan as the said account, on September 19, 2014, since G had received the passbook of the Industrial Bank of Korea account, and G could independently manage and control the said account.
According to the result of the appraiser K's written appraisal, it seems that the signature recorded in the signature column of the above passbook appears to be G.
However, the Bank shall do so.
