Defendant

From October 4, 2005 to October 31, 2010, A worked as the F responsible officer of the Agricultural Technology Center at Kimhae-si, and Defendant B operated H with the entrustment of Kimhae-si from Kimhae-si.

1. Defendant A

A. Defendant A, while working as the officer in charge of the F of the Agricultural Technology Center in Kimhae-si, exercised the authority to control and supervise H operated by a private person upon entrustment of Kimhae-si as part of the business related to organic animals.

Defendant

At around 19:00 on April 25, 2008, A received KRW 500,000 in cash and accepted a bribe in relation to his duties under the pretext of changing various conveniences related to H operation from Defendant B who was entrusted from March 2008 to the Kimhae-si and operated the H from March 2008.

B. On June 28, 2009, Defendant A received 400,000 won in total from Defendant B and received bribe as to his duties under the pretext of changing various conveniences related to H operation from Defendant B on the same day and July 2, 2009.

C. A around February 2, 2010, Defendant A received KRW 300,000 in cash in exchange for Defendant B’s electronic bidding with respect to the selection of the H commission company in the name of Defendant B, on behalf of Defendant B, using a computer installed at the above H.

The defendant A, including this, received a total of KRW 900,000 in three times in the same manner as the following crimes list, and accepted a bribe in relation to each of the duties.

On February 1, 2009, Defendant B used a computer installed in Defendant B’s H in his seat at the time and place of crime Nos. 1, 2009, and used the computer in Defendant B’s name on behalf of Defendant B.
