Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendants B are police officers who worked in the International System of the Tae Organizational Police Station. A.

Defendants conspired to receive a bribe in return for the crackdown on amusement rooms from C, and on December 2, 2009, the Defendants’ mutual infinites near K in the Daegu Suwon-guJ on the first hand.

At the main point, C received a request from C to “in operating a home game room, it is well-known so as not to be controlled,” and received 5,000,000 won through L, a will of C, and accepted a bribe in relation to its duties.

B. On January 2010, the Defendants conspired to receive a bribe for the enforcement of crackdown C, and received a bribe in connection with their duties by receiving KRW 5,00,00,000 in cash from Defendant B, along with the solicitation that “in operating the domestic game room, it is well-known that it does not go against the crackdown.”

C. On February 2010, the Defendants conspired to receive a bribe for the enforcement of crackdown C, and Defendant B received 10,000,000 won in cash with the solicitation that “in operating a home game room, it is difficult to control it,” and received a bribe in connection with its duties from Defendant B.

2. Defendant B

A. On March 2010, the Defendant received 10,000,000 won in cash from C to accept a bribe in relation to his duties within the “N” coffee parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the solicitation that “in operating a home game room, to ensure that he is not subject to regulation”, the Defendant received 10,000,000 won in cash.

B. On April 2010, the Defendant received KRW 5,00,000 in cash from C along with the solicitation that “in operating a game room at home, it is well known that it does not go against regulation,” and received a bribe in relation to his duties at the same place as above.
