In regard to the crimes No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant, a fine of KRW 3,00,00, and the crimes No. 1, 3, and 4 in the judgment of the defendant are punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on July 3, 2015 by fraud, etc. at a general military court of the 39 Boick Association, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 3, 2015.

1. On August 9, 2015, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 4341,” despite having no intent or ability to display an item even after receiving money, the Defendant, at GPC room located in F at Kimhae-si on August 9, 2015, written a letter that he/she sells online game money by accessing the country of online game wind.

The defendant sent 160,000 won to the victim H who reported and contacted the above article to the victim H.

In order to receive 160,000 won from the victim to the new bank account (Account Number: I) under the name of the defendant, by deceiving him/her, and receive 3,165,000 won in total from the victims over 16 times from August 21, 2015, such as the statement in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, from August 21, 2015.

2. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is a national sports promotion foundation of the Seoul Olympic Games 4,609, the 2015 Highest 4,609 or an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of providing property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or any similar things, or gambling by using such act;

Nevertheless, on May 30, 2014, the Defendant visited J and K, the Internet private sports soil site, deposited KRW 30,000 in the account under the name of L operated by the said site operator, and then dumpeded on the instant site by displaying the results of the sports sports games opened on the said site.

From around that time to February 17, 2015, the Defendant engaged in gambling in total of KRW 16,217,000 through 495 times in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Table 2 and the list.

3. “The Defendant, on September 8, 2015, 2015, 6080, sells an item by accessing the Nccex of No. 301 Ncex of the Ma building at Kimhae-si on September 8, 2015, to the online game-based winding country.
