A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for five years.

Criminal facts

The defendant and the respondent of the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") served as the guardian of the learning from the E elementary school located in the Chang Sea-gu, Changwon-si, from March 13, 2009 to July 2012.

1. The Defendant, around the second day of April 201, 201, 201, was sitting in the event of the above school playground, following the 36th day from around the following to July 2012, 200: (a) discovered the victim F (7 years of age) playing in a sand field; and (b) opened the victim f (7 years of age); and (c) opened the victim above the clothes of the victim himself/herself; and (d) as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1) including the list of crimes (1), met the victim’s sound, etc. over a total of 36 times from around that day to around July 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant committed each indecent act by force against the victim who is under 13 years of age.

2. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant was seated at the events above the instant school playground scambridge around the instant school playground, and around the night, the Defendant discovered the victim G (V) playing in a sand field, and made the victim sit back back the sand field, and scam back on the part of the victim's clothes, and scam back the fingers by inserting the fingers inside the knick, as shown in the annexed crime list (2). From around that time to June 2012, the Defendant met 16 times in total between that time and around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant committed each indecent act by force against the victim who is under 13 years of age.

3. At around 15:00 on May 2012, the Defendant discovered the victim He (the age of eight) who was going to go to the alley of the lower school (the age of eight), and the victim Da was cut off two times with the clothes of the victim himself.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim who is under 13 years of age.

At around 14:00 on April 2012, the Defendant discovered the victim I (inn, 8 years old) in front of the entrance entrance of the 1st floor of the building in the instant school, and said that the victim is a bad, the Defendant was able to do so with the clothes of the victim himself.
