A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Accordingly, the defendant raped a female victim under 13 years of age.

B. Around March 2009, the Defendant discovered that the victim (at the time, 11 years of age) was living in the female room of the said defendant's house, and added the defendant's fingers to the part of the victim's house.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by using the victim's failure to resist, who is under 13 years of age.

C. The Defendant was on April 2009 to May 2009.

At the same place as in paragraph (11) of the victim (at the time, 11 years of age), the breast was stored in the knive clothes of the victim, and the breast was stored in the panty and the finger was stored in the panty.

Accordingly, the defendant is a person under 13 years of age.
