A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around March 1, 2015, was a life-welfare worker who was in charge of the duties to send students to the F Children’s Center located in E, and (b) when returning to Korea, the students were returned to the vehicle.

1. Crimes committed against the victim G (nive, 11 years old);

A. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was under 13 years of age, on the H whiteland’s vehicle in which the Defendant returned him/her at around 20:10 on September 2, 2015, when the victim left the last place, he/she transferred the victim to the chief lighting, and then met the victim’s chest with his/her clothes, and forced him/her to commit an indecent act.

B. On September 3, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was under 13 years of age, by inserting his/her chest into the clothes of the victim himself/herself, after the victim left the last place on the third day of September 2015.

(c)

On October 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, who was under 13 years of age, in response to his own view at the time of stopping on the signal signal, when the victim left the last place on the front day of the vehicle at around 20:30 on October 2015.

(d)

On October 3, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by cutting the victim’s left hand in the above vehicle on the top of 19:50 on the third day, and by leaving the victim’s left hand on the top of the instant vehicle, and by leaving the victim’s bucks, the Defendant forced the victim to do so.

E. On October 13, 2015, at around 20:20 on October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a person under 13 years of age, by inserting the victim’s hand with the clothes of the victim himself/herself while playing the game.

2. A crime against the victim I (n, eight years of age).
