A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On November 2016, the Defendant stolen 12 motor vehicle registration number plates totaling six times from the date of the crime as shown in the annexed crime list from February 23, 2017, including: (a) on the street in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) on the street; (c) on the street; (d) on the street of Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, two of the number plates of the D motor vehicle registration number plates prepared in advance by the victim (owner); and (d) on the street, the market price of the victim (owner); and (e) the theft.

B. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim (such as the victim) who was parked on the street in front of Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; (b) found the victim’s joint ownership of the cattle and the Fwing III 1.2 tons of cargo vehicles; and (c) opened a string door and drive the train using the keys in the vehicle, and then cut off the above 1,4480,000 won of the market price by driving the train using the keys in the vehicle.

2. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used the vehicle registration number plate in the vicinity of the Jinju Sports Park located in the 4-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon on February 16, 2017, around 18:0, in the vicinity of the Jinju Sports Park, 1-B, as described in the 1-B, used the marks of public offices for the purpose of the unlawful use of the vehicle registration number plate by attaching the vehicle registration number plate of the vehicle of the DPoter II, which was stolen as described in the 1-A, to the cargo vehicle of 1.2 tons, such as the 1-B, as described in the 1-B.

3. From the date specified in paragraph (2) to February 23, 2017, the Defendant exercised the number plate of the foregoing vehicle registration, which is an air unit, which was an air unit used unlawfully by operating the D Motor Vehicle registration number plate in accordance with paragraph (2) at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City through the same method as that of paragraph (2).

4. The Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties on February 23, 2017, at around 09:50, is attached to the trucking vehicle while driving the vehicle, attaching a license plate attached to the D Motor Vehicle registration number plate, as described in paragraph 2, to Fwing III 1.2 tons of the stolen vehicle, as described in paragraph 2.
