A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2018, the Defendant purchased a registration number plate for the seat of the “C”, which is the registration number of the cargo vehicle for business use, to the name-free signboard business operator, at around 2018, the Dong-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon.
