A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the owner of Bunched Track trucks.

On July 2013, the Defendant did not pay a fine for negligence for a violation of parking regulations, and was placed in custody by the competent authority on the registration number plate of the vehicle in front of the foregoing cargo vehicle.

On March 2015, 2015, the Defendant indicated “B” on plastics similar to the car registration number plate possessed by the Defendant, which was able to separately collect garbage at the Seocho-si of the Government of the Republic of Korea, using a white paint.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising, and violated the Automobile Management Act.

2. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) attached the registration number plate of the “B” motor vehicle, which was forged as above, in front of the cargo vehicle; (b) operated the said cargo vehicle from around that time to around the road in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around August 28, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged car registration number plates to attach the above car registration number plates to the above cargo vehicles and used them to use forged car registration number plates.

Articles 40 and 50 of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes Act (a punishment imposed on a violation of the Automobile Management Act under Article 40 of the said Act and the crimes of forging air under the Criminal Act: A punishment imposed on a violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, the punishment of which is heavier);

1. Selection of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, which requires the option of punishment;
