A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of KRW 50 million.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) operated meat packaging and meat sales business under the name of “D” on the 1st floor of Gyeongbuk-gun C1; and (b) operated meat sales business under the name of “D” from the F-F-F-F-F-F-F-C-E in G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, and P, respectively.

1. Any person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall not sell, store, or display for the purpose of sale in disguised or disguised manner. Nevertheless, the Defendant, around January 1, 2014, placed a label indicating the origin in an amount equivalent to KRW 4,163,690 on the market price of 4,163,690, which was provided by the said FF Corpers, and attached a label indicating the origin as “in the country of origin” at the level of KRW 4,163,690, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, and sold 1,075, from January 1, 2014 to February 16, 2016, the Defendant conducted a disguised sale of the country of origin by mixing the market price of KRW 548,03,418, 300, 418.

2. Violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act;

(a) No livestock product, the distribution deadline of which expires, and which is indicated on the relevant livestock product for sale purposes, shall be sold, nor processed, packaged, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale;

From February 25, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant kept 13:00 the F coolinghouse warehouse for livestock products with the lapse of the distribution period indicated on livestock products (not later than February 22, 2016) 8 fact-finding materials 8 fact-finding materials and market price in order to sell them.

(b)The Minister of Food, Drug and Safety may determine and publicly notify the standards for labeling of livestock products for sale, and the standards for labeling of livestock products shall indicate the period, content, quantity, ingredients and content, name of the product, type, name of the product, name and origin of the product, and date of manufacture in accordance with those standards, in cases of livestock products for which the standards for labelling are set.
