A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of “D” by a livestock product on the second floor among the third floor buildings in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

1. Violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act;

(a) No person shall sell livestock products, the distribution deadline indicated on the livestock products for sale of which has passed due date, or store, transport or display such products for sale;
