Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B are operating K for the purpose of meat packaging processing business, etc. in the Mayang-gu Mayang-gu J.

A. Although the Defendants failed to sell, process, pack, use, import, store, transport, or display for sale livestock products, the distribution deadline of which has passed, the Defendants conspired to sell or process, pack, import, store, transport, or display such products for sale, the Defendants stored approximately 9.9 km of Korea, the distribution deadline of which is September 7, 2015, respectively, for the purpose of selling approximately 1.3 km of Korea as of September 7, 2015, and approximately 9.9 km of Korea, the distribution deadline of which is September 15, 2015.

B. A livestock product processing business operator or meat packaging processing business operator who has violated the rules of meat packaging business operator intends to convert frozen products into freezing products, he/she shall report the name, weight, storage method, distribution period, the location of facilities to be converted into freezing, and the date of freezing conversion to the Mayor/Do Governor or the head of the Si/Gun/Gu who has already granted a business license in advance. 2. Defendant G operates N Co., Ltd. for the purpose of selling livestock products in Ulsan-gu M.

A. Although the standards for labeling are determined according to the public notice given by the Minister for Food and Drug Safety in violation of the standards for labeling of livestock products and livestock products shall not be sold, or processed, packaged, stored, transported, or displayed for sale, or for the purpose of sale, the Defendant shall not sell, or processed, stored, transported, or displayed for sale.
