A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant imported marijuana and Patom with Patom as follows, even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler:

On January 2, 2018, the Defendant connected to “D” on the website, ordered 7.95g mariju, and settled USD 160 ($ 170,000) after ordering the seller to pay it.

In the U.S., a sales agent in the U.S. concealed marijuana 7.95g Republic of Korea in the International Postal Service (Serial E), entered the addressee’s “F” and the purport of the recipient’s “F” into the 203 Building G in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On January 14, 2018, the said postal item arrived at the Incheon International Airport (UA) as the Naebrid aviation (UA) H around 15:15.

The Defendant, as seen above, imported marijuana in collusion with a seller in the United States of America and from January 2, 2018, including import of hemps.

1. From January 14, 2018 to January 24, 2018, the payment of USD 1,240 ($ 1,320,00) was made in six times, and from January 14, 2018 to January 24, 2018, the Plaintiff imported 34.89g in total, 34.89g in the hemp, 7.42g, and 12.28g in the hemp’s total amount into the Republic of Korea in collusion with the needy person in the name, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On January 1, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant smoked, in a mutual influent club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by attaching a smoke to the marijuana tobacco containing influent marijuana (for instance, 0.05-0.1g for one smoking time) instead of tobacco.
