Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall export, import, manufacture, trade, or assist in the trade of marijuana, or smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

1. Import of marijuana;

A. On July 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the website using the Internet functions of smartphones at around Sacheon-si (Sacheon-si) apartment on July 24, 2017; (b) ordered a seller of marijuana to use the Internet functions of smartphones; and (c) transferred approximately 1g of marijuana to the seller of the said marijuana at around 14:40 on the same day, approximately 0.09281 bitcos equivalent to approximately 28,300 won.

On the other hand, the above sales agent packages approximately 1.38 g of marijuana in French and sent it to the defendant as an international ordinary mail, and the above mail arrives at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port on August 1, 2017 with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs around 09:49 and around August 1, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 1.38g of marijuana.

B. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in A. A. at the time and place specified in the said port, ordered another mariju seller to take approximately 3.18g of marijuana, and transferred approximately 38,900 won to the said mariju seller on July 29, 2017.

On the other hand, the seller of the foregoing inspanish packaging approximately 3.18g of marijuana in the French Republic of Korea and sent it to the defendant for international commerce. The above items arrive at the above Incheon International Public Port on August 12, 2017 by G aviation H around 13:23, around August 13, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 3.18g of marijuana.

2. The Defendant, at night around July 2017, dynasium, dynasium, dynasium in the body of the Defendant at night, dynasium dynasium in the body of inhaled marijuana, and dynasium dynasium.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
