Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A planned to receive cocars supplied through air parcel mail from a book for the supply of non-narcotics drugs (one name F) residing in the United States, and to import them into the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, on February 6, 2018, the above narcotics supply volume was concealed about 11.94 grams in the territory of the Republic of Korea, and the mail addressee was sent to the Republic of Korea via air parcels, stating the purport of “B” and “B” and “B, 2203, Dong-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.” On February 15:42, 2018, the above postal items arrive at the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu, Incheon International Port.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned person in the U.S., imported approximately 11.94g of ccarcos who are narcotics in the Republic of Korea.

2. Defendant B

A. On February 14, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu I and 201, put the marith in pipe in the marith and inhaled the marith of marijuana with C, a woman living together with the marith, who discharged from the burning with the marith’s fire by inserting the marith.

2) On February 14, 2018, around 08:30, the Defendant injected smoke generated by inserting the marith of marijuana in pipes at the above Defendant’s residence, and burning the marith of marijuana by attaching the rater’s fire.

B. On February 14, 2018, around 09:30 on February 14, 2018, the Defendant, holding marijuana, kept approximately 4.1g of marijuana on the tables and wests inside the residence of the above Defendant.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he possessed marijuana and smoked twice.

3. Defendant C, around 01:00 on February 14, 2018, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, B and 201, laid off the maribage in tobacco pipe with a fire, and inhales it with B.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
